Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Handling
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
  • Verification: To prevent fraud, high-value tech orders (e.g., laptops, custom PCs) may require additional verification, which could delay processing. You will be notified via email if this applies to your order.
  • High-Demand Items: During major product launches or promotional periods, order processing may take an additional 3–5 days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (Free on orders over $100).
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (Calculated at checkout).
  • Priority Overnight: 1–2 business days (Calculated at checkout).
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. AriesHeat is not responsible for these charges and they are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
4. Order Tracking
  • A Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number is sent upon shipment.
  • Tracking numbers usually activate within 24 hours.
  • Use our Order Tracking Portal for real-time updates.
